Katie is the CEO of Mettle Ops, an Engineering, Program Management, and Manufacturing company supporting ground vehicle design and production for the DoW. She was in the Army for over 10 years, and is deeply passionate about the many roles she fills in her company, home, and in the Foundation.

Mark is the Chief Strategy Officer of Mettle Ops, leading the business development and capture proponents of the business.

Executive Officer

Jonathan Harms serves as the Executive Officer for both Mettle Ops and the Bret Bigelow Foundation. Guided by his faith in Christ, Jonathan has volunteered since 2024 and is passionate about bringing comfort, dignity, and hope to chronically ill children. 

Secretary

Karen is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Living, a non-profit agency since 1992, providing reliable and compassionate residential care for people born with developmental disabilities, and Occupational Therapy for children with Autism, ADHD, and various disabilities.

Treasurer

Robert Miller is a Certified Public Accountant and has been a tax accountant for a federal government agency since 2005. He also holds the title of Chief Financial Officer for Miller Family Realty LLC, a family company, since 2020.

Janelle Morck is the Managing Director of The Hilb Group’s Shelby Township Michigan office, bringing over 17 years of experience in insurance and risk management. She partners closely with clients, internal teams, and business partners to drive strategy and deliver results across Employee Benefits, Commercial, and Personal Insurance, with a strong focus on team and client success.

Nancy Negohosian is the Owner and President of both HMS Products Co. and Vice President of HMS Mfg. Co. She is active in the non-profit community serving in leadership positions on both the Troy Chamber of Commerce and the Boys & Girls Club of Troy boards.

Danielle is the Chief of Staff at Mettle Ops. She has been volunteering with the Bret Bigelow Foundation since it was started, and now serves on the board.

Stephanie has been with Mettle Ops since 2018. She started in Accounting and is now the Chief Financial Officer. With a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Michigan State University and considerable experience in the automotive industry, Stephanie leverages her technical background and financial expertise to excel in financial planning, risk management, and operational efficiency.

John is the Business Development Manager at EMTECH.

He has been volunteering with the Bret Bigelow Foundation since it was started and helps with the cut and sew operations.
