Katie is the CEO of Mettle Ops, an Engineering, Program Management, and Manufacturing company supporting ground vehicle design and production for the DoW. She was in the Army for over 10 years, and is deeply passionate about the many roles she fills in her company, home, and in the Foundation.

Mark is the Chief Strategy Officer of Mettle Ops, leading the business development and capture proponents of the business.

Secretary

Karen is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Living which provides reliable and compassionate care for your family and loved ones. They serve all children and adults with developmental disabilities, as well as senior citizens aging in place.

Treasurer

Robert Miller is a Certified Public Accountant and has been a tax accountant for a federal government agency since 2005. He also holds the title of Chief Financial Officer for Miller Family Realty LLC, a family company, since 2020.

Janelle joined CIA Insurance and Risk Management in 2008. She utilizes a proactive approach to assist clients in designing, developing, and maintaining an excellent benefits program in order to attract and retain the best talent. She is also a Board Member of the Judson Center and Child Safe.

Nancy Negohosian is the Owner and President of both HMS Products Co. and Vice President of HMS Mfg. Co. She is active in the non-profit community serving in leadership positions on both the Troy Chamber of Commerce and the Boys & Girls Club of Troy boards.

Danielle is the Chief of Staff at Mettle Ops. She has been volunteering with the Bret Bigelow Foundation since it was started, and now serves on the board.
